The interest in Italian wines is on the upswing in the Asian market and so this year we decided to take part in the International Wine and Spirits Fair (IWSF), that took place in Hong Kong, from November 7-9.
The fair, in its 12th year, is an important reference point for the wine and spirits market not only in china, but in all of South East Asia, and more than 150,000 buyers attend each year.
We were present in our stand, in the Vinitaly International section of the fair, dedicated to Italian wines, where we were able to represent not only our winery but the Piedmont territory.
We were very pleased at the interest visitors showed for il Botolo, and the positive comments we received on the quality of our wines. Both our Nizza DOCG and our Moscato d’Asti DOCG proved to be the stars of the show!
We met with several buyers and importers from mainland China, Hong Kong, Malasyia, Singapore and Korea, through targeted b2b meetings, confirming the truly international focus of the fair.
