Pollo arrabbiato is an easy-to-make dish, renowned for its spicy flavor.

INGREDIENTS
for 4 people
- 1 young chicken
- 5 large onions, finely sliced
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
- 4 chili peppers
- 1 can of peeled tomatoes
Preparation:
Cut the chicken in half, and cut it into pieces using a cleaver.
Place the sliced onions in a pan and cover with oil.
Placed the chopped chicken on top of the onions and add salt and pepper.
Add the chili peppers, and brown. Add the peeled tomatoes and cook on a low heat for 3 hours.
